Current Opportunities
Production Supervisor
Location: Rutherglen, Victoria
Lead day-to-day operations at our modern seed processing facility, acting as the key link between our Operations Team and Production Sheds.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership and people management skills in an agricultural, manufacturing or warehousing environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a forklift licence (desirable).
Reception / Administration Officer
Location: Rutherglen, Victoria
Act as the welcoming first point of contact for our customers and support both our office and site operations in a varied, engaging role.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and computer literacy.
- Comfortable working across both office administration and operational site activities.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude.
