Important News from Baker Seed Co.
Over the past 12 months the family members of Baker Seed Co have been working through succession and have come to an agreement.
This agreement will see Ashley and Pamela Fraser exit Baker Seed Co and all associated entities; thus, Andrew and Susan Russell will take on full management and control of Baker Seed Co, effective from 1st November 2025.
Ash and Pam Fraser would sincerely like to thank the staff, customers and suppliers for their support, loyalty and friendship over the past 27 years. Whilst they are extremely proud of Baker Seed Co and the growth they have seen during their tenure, the time has come to move on and pursue other new and exciting interests. The seed industry has been a huge part of their lives, and they will be greatly missed.
They wish Andrew and Sue every success as they carry forward the 53-year-old family business.
Andrew and Sue joined the family business in 1997 and have worked within both Baker Seed Co and Lilliput Ag (Farm) over the years & have focused more on the farming and seed production side of the business in recent years.
Andrew and Sue are excited about the future & carrying on the family business. They would like to assure staff, customers and suppliers that Baker Seed Co and Lilliput Ag will be business as usual. Management control of Baker Seed Co will change on the 1st of November 2025, with Ash and Pam staying on until the end of January 2026 to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
