- Replacement for EGA Bellaroi, alternative to DBA Aurora
- Good tolerance to lodging
- Excellent semolina and pasta making quality
- Low screenings and high protein
- Good resistance to all three rusts
- UPDATE NOTE: DBA Vittaroi has recently been found to be sensitive to acidic soil types so it is not recommended for pH (CaCl2) below 5.5
