Bilby is also a dwarf, early-mid season variety with a yield similar to Williams and Bannister in SA. It has enhanced levels of Beta-Glucan, produces low screenings and high groat percent compared to Williams and Bannister. All this combined with it’s bright, plump grain make it a good option for farmers, millers and consumers.
